Getting to Grips with your Dashboard

The dashboard is your central hub for managing your therapy sessions on the platform. Here, you’ll be able to see the quick connect incoming session requests (the pool), schedule sessions, update your profile, and track your earnings etc.

Accepting Sessions

When a user requests a quick connect session this request will be placed into the pool, you'll receive a notification on your dashboard letting you know they are waiting.

You will receive a text message notifying you there is a user waiting to be seen.

Sign in to your account and review the session request, including the user's profile and any notes they've provided.

If you're available and interested in taking the session, accept the request this is done on a first come basis.

Once accepted, the user will see a notification along with your details i.e., bio and picture etc. at that point they can accept or decline, when the user accepts, they will accept the

You will then see the video screen show up,

Once the user accepts you will see a green notification come up confirming they are joining,

You will then be connected.

During the Session

Conduct your therapy sessions with the user according to your preferred method and approach.

Create a safe and supportive environment for the user to share their thoughts and feelings.

You will at the bottom of the screen various buttons similar to other video services, you will see both a notes and chat button.

This is where you add notes while session.

This is where you can message if the user cannot speak for any reason.

Post-Session

Any remaining balance stays in the wallet for future use.

The wallet is reloadable and can be topped up at any time.

The available balance is displayed in your account.

After each session, you will be able to schedule further sessions with the user using the in-platform calendar.

Encourage users to provide feedback on their experience with you and the platform.

Use feedback to continuously improve your profile and the user experience on the platform.

You will see a call log button on the dashboard here you will be able to see the users you have had sessions with along with transcripts of the whole session saving you time when it comes to writing up notes.

You will the transactions button this is where you see everything regarding costs and earnings etc… you can also withdraw your earnings. Once you have requested to withdraw you will see an email where you can send us in your invoice for the amount you have withdrawn, once we receive the invoice, we will release your earnings on the Friday the week after via bank transfer.

Please note you can use our system with your own clients if you want to keep all your work in one place, if this is something of interest please contact us at support@24hrtherapy.co.uk and we will provide you with a referral code which your client can use when signing up this will allow the platform to allocate the user to you.

Also if you see anything that do not work or don’t seem right please screenshot the issue and let us know straight away so we can get fixed as soon as possible.

Is it possible for me to modify my personal data on the dashboard?

Yes, you can modify your personal data by going to your dashboard's "Account Details" section. Don't forget to click "Save Changes" once your data has been updated.

Where can I see the history of my transactions?

The "Transaction History" area of your therapist dashboard contains your transaction history, which includes past client sessions and unfinished work.

How do I edit the platform's professional bio?

To update information about yourself and the services you offer, go to the "Bio" area of your therapist dashboard.

Can I update my personal data on the platform?

Indeed, you are able to modify anything by using your dashboard's "Reset" function. Before saving any changes, make sure you click "Save Changes."

How are therapy sessions conducted?

All therapy sessions are conducted online using secure video conferencing tools provided by 24 Therapy. Therapists must ensure they have a stable internet connection and conduct sessions from a private and secure location, ensuring no other persons are present in the same room.

What equipment do I need for online therapy?

You'll need a computer, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection and a webcam or microphone for video sessions youll probably find your computer or mobile phone already has this built in.

Can I request a trial session?

Yes. Send an email to support@24hrtherapy.co.uk to request test jobs (once you've uploaded the required files and documentation). Take as many test sessions as you wish to become acquainted with the system.

How can I take notes during a session?

Take session notes using the platform's "Notes" feature. Use here to record pertinent information during or after each session.

If I have questions, how can I get in touch with support?

Use the email support tool on the platform to get in touch with our support team if you have any questions or need help.

What is the dress code for online therapy sessions?

Therapists are expected to dress professionally during online therapy sessions. While the sessions are conducted remotely, maintaining a professional appearance helps create a respectful and focused environment for clients.

What is the payment structure for therapists?

  • Therapists are paid £30ph during the day (9am - 6pm) and £40ph during the night.

What are the working hours?

Therapists have the flexibility to schedule sessions at times that are convenient for them, even outside traditional business hours. Therapists are always in control of their schedule and appointment times. Available working hour options include:

How will I be notified that a user is waiting for a session?

You will receive a notification on your dashboard letting you know a user is waiting. Additionally, you will receive a text message notifying you that a user is waiting to be seen. Please ensure your phone number is up to date and correct on your profile.

How are clients paired with therapists?

Clients are paired with therapists who align with their specific areas of expertise. Each therapist will have their own 24 Therapy profile which is optimised based on their expertise and availability.

What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, notify the client as soon as possible. You can typically cancel or reschedule appointments through our platform or by contacting our support team. We have a cancellation policy in place.

How should I gain consent for a session with a minor?

When working with clients under the age of 18, therapists must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before commencing therapy. This consent should be documented and reviewed regularly.

What policies do I need to adhere to?

Therapists must adhere to the following policies:

  • Code of Conduct: Ensuring ethical and professional behaviour in all interactions.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy: Complying with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR to protect client information.

Yes, therapists are prohibited from soliciting clients for their own practices or promoting other businesses, including their own, on the platform. This includes verbal promotion, displaying images, or text (e.g., in their bio) unless written consent has been obtained from 24 Therapy Ltd.

What is the procedure for handling safeguarding concerns?

If a therapist identifies any safeguarding concerns, they must follow the established reporting protocols. This includes documenting the concern and notifying relevant safeguarding authorities. 

What measures are in place to ensure client confidentiality?

24hr Therapy adheres to strict data protection and privacy policies in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. All client information is securely stored and encrypted. Therapists must also ensure that their environment and devices are secure when conducting sessions.
